The Company's policy is to pay a minimum annual dividend of 40percent of the net profit in the case that there are no other necessary reasons
to use this amount of money.  The amount of dividend paid must not significantly affect the Company's normal business operation. Meanwhile,
its subsidiaries do not a policy to fix a minimum dividendbut the dividend policy at each subsidiary depends on its performance and the needs
for capital.
