Commitment to Anti-Corruption and Sustainable Business Practices

The Company is committed to conducting its business with integrity, transparency, and accountability toward shareholders, stakeholders, employees, and society as a whole. The Company adheres to business ethics and principles of good corporate governance as the fundamental foundation of its management and operations, while integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles to support long-term stability and sustainable growth.

The Company operates in the media production, film production, studio services, and film equipment rental businesses, providing integrated services while taking into consideration environmental impacts, efficient resource utilization, employee health and safety, respect for human rights, and the creation of shared value for communities and society. At the same time, the Company places strong emphasis on the prevention of and opposition to all forms of corruption in order to elevate its operational standards in line with international best practices.

The Company has established clear policies, guidelines, and measures relating to sustainability and anti-corruption in order to promote an organizational culture founded on integrity, transparency, and fairness. ESG risk management has also been systematically integrated into the Company’s business operations.

Management is responsible for implementing these policies in a practical and effective manner by establishing appropriate internal control systems and risk management processes. Continuous communication and training programs are provided to enhance awareness and understanding among employees at all levels. In addition, the Company provides whistleblowing channels and measures to protect whistleblowers to ensure that the Company’s operations remain transparent, accountable, fair, and aligned with sustainability principles in all dimensions.

Executives, employees, and all personnel of the Company are required to strictly comply with the Company’s ESG policy and anti-corruption policy and must not ignore any behavior that may constitute corruption or operations inconsistent with sustainability principles. Should any violation of the policies be identified, the Company will take disciplinary actions in accordance with its regulations in a serious, fair, and transparent manner without discrimination.

On behalf of the management team, I would like to reaffirm our commitment to fostering an organizational culture grounded in ESG principles, maintaining zero tolerance for corruption, promoting ethical business conduct, and demonstrating responsibility toward the environment and society.
